Details We've rebuilt our support portal on an independant server, to provide better uptime, quicker administration and better redundency. Come in and take a look around!

Hello and welcome to our new support portal. We originally ran our support desk as a subdomain from our main company domain at www.pxnnet.com. We decided, for many reasons to break down our web services and host this portal both internally and at a datacentre in Northampton, which has now reached production status in our systems portfolio. To help empower our customers, over the coming few weeks we'll be manually rebuilding the knowledgebase and it's hierarchy to contain a wealth of information that simply is not available anywhere else on the internet.

Additionally, the new hosting arrangement makes us far more able to provide live support via our chat option.

If any of these helpdesk features would be useful for your own business or organisation, please get in touch with myself, either on the usual numbers or via our main site - we're happy to help solve your challenges - even if it's simply some free advice from people who have been their and done that.
